Our standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target and review the site as products, photos, content, and checkout services change. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification.
What the site supports
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
- Screen-reader landmarks, labels, status announcements, and meaningful page titles
- Text resizing and responsive layouts without requiring horizontal scrolling for ordinary content
- Reduced-motion preferences and non-drag alternatives
- Descriptive product names and staff-reviewed real product photography
Checkout and third parties
Payment checkout is provided by Square. We work to choose accessible services and keep the path into and back from checkout understandable. If a third-party step creates a barrier, contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance with the order.
Ongoing testing
Automated checks are only one part of our process and do not prove that every experience is barrier-free. We also review keyboard operation, zoom and reflow, labels, error messages, image alternatives, and changing product content, and we prioritize reported barriers.
In-store assistance
You do not need to use the website to ask about an item. Staff can help by phone or email with product details, available formats, pickup, shipping, or another reasonable way to access the same goods and services.
Report a barrier or request help
Tell us the page or product, what you were trying to do, the barrier you experienced, and—if you wish—the browser or assistive technology you used. We will respond as promptly as we can and offer an accessible alternative when one is needed.
